  • Part Of Why I Don’t Go To Starbucks

    Sambuck’s Coffee of Astoria falls prey to legal action from Starbucks, who claims their customers are confused by the name.

    Well, sure. If your name is Samantha Buck, and you open a store called Sambuck’s, and you’re five miles from the nearest Starbucks, then sure. Who wouldn’t be confused?

    Any of you Xangans out there in Oregon, please make the trip down the street and buy something from Ms. Buck!

  • For cryin’ out loud! Starbucks thinks they own the whole fucking coffee industry. I say we REVOLT!

    And her logo is not even close to the Starbucks logo. WTF??? I can see if she was using their colors/designs, etc… But she’s obviously got her own style, and she’s not a chain, for God sakes! Grrr. This shit pisses me off.

  • Ha! I heard Starbucks sued Buck Rogers for the entire star travel thingamabobie. Wasn’t pretty. Stuff like that is just pathetic… if people are so easily confused about what shop they are going into, then they need special supervision.. that or new glasses.*rolls eyes*
