second life: art
Floating around with Anne at the Garden of Memespelunk.
The Garden is a sim which showcases the work of Juria Yoshikawa.
That last link goes to the NPIRL 'blog, where Bettina Tizzy says: "Second Life is the most affordable and complete tool I know of to commit hardcore creativity." And she is absolutely correct.

cool.... i read the links. ... so Juria's art is "deliberately" temporary? or, she has one area, and just keeps changing it so much it is never the same? the video was great, i wonder if she also makes videos of them at various stages (since it appears that video is the best way of capturing her dynamic art)
unfortunately, she keeps her older stuff in her inventory...
she had some other great objects which was more fun to fly through and take pictures like we did last night...
and some others that were just about motion..
i could stare at them for hours... : )
but wth has headless sperm with tron in common?
anne
i always think it is funny in games that you can carry so much around with you, á la Mary Poppins' satchel
"Let's see, I know I put that sheep in here somewhere... "
very very interesting
