I'd say it was because current owner couldn't be bothered to remove his biggie sprite before taking pictures of the car he's trying to sell...
i was gonna guess the single yellowed fog lamp. nothing says white trash like asymmetric, poorly maintained, $35 Autozone fog lamps. bet they operate with a Radioshack SPST, mounted under the dash via black and decker cordless screwdriver with a drill bit wedged into the collet.
