Xanga's help system was working while nothing else was, so it obviously runs on a server (help.xanga.com) which is better maintained than their main one. But... Their feedback system is routed through www.xanga.com, so I couldn't send that email to them while it was down.
I'm migrating myself to mile23.com. My Xanga posting will be sporatic at best, and will likely be teasers for things I've written elsewhere.

I'm with BDL. I rarely read people elsewhere. But for you? I'd do it. Just 'cuz.
I've been thinking about doing the same thing... of course, I doubt I'll get the protests that you are. My fan club ain't what it used to be...
I have a livejournal that just links to my xanga entries. How is Mile23 for usability?

Ditto what Betty said. Don't leave! Or at least, if you do, post signs to follow. Little red rags tied to branches and such. I just found you and love your blog and now you're kicking out - not fair I say.
