  • Hey, guess what? The Bush administration is arguing that only the Department of Justice can bring suit against state elections officials on behalf of voters, not the voters themselves.

    Yes, that's right: BushCo says that John Ashcroft gets to determine whether you can sue your state officials at a federal level.
